Free Personal Reiki

The underlying idea of Distance Reiki has always been to provide free Reiki for the benefit of a group. Obviously, providing Reiki to every individual who requested it would overwhelm my time and I wouldn't get anything else done.

Also, when we give things away for free, we stand several risks:

1) We may give to those who don't value our gift, while another person might.

2) We may give to those who are happy to have us invest in them, but they're not willing to invest in themselves.

3) In the case of health services, we may give to those who haven't committed themselves to healing, and thus won't benefit from our efforts as another might.

4) When we give things for free, the other person can feel obligated to us if there is value in what we've given; so to minimize their "guilt" or sense of obligation, they can negate the value of what we've given. So our services can receive poor word of mouth from the very people we've been so generous with.

Still, I've always wanted to find a way to provide my Reiki at no charge to those who might benefit. So to address the above concerns, I'm now offering free Reiki sessions to those who are investing in themselves by supporting some of my other ventures.
