Distance Reiki News, March 2007

Greetings, Distance Reiki Friend!

I'm writing today because the facts about our environment
have become pretty clear. Most scientists now recognize
that we have GOT to make some changes for our own good. And
anyone interested in Reiki probably understands that health
is a holistic topic, and that the health of our environment
affects us all.

With that in mind, I have great news to share with you. You
can get 10 trees planted ABSOLUTELY FREE. And you can get
another 62 trees planted this year by signing up (just $3
per month!) with a group whose purpose is to cut down on
the amount of junk mail that gets into your postal (real
world) mail box (to preserve even more trees).

I'm not aware of any deadline on the 10 free trees, and I
believe that offer is valid no matter where you live.

But MARCH 22 is the LAST DAY for signing up with the group
and getting 62 trees planted in a year. (Normally you would
only get 12.) This is because they're trying to plant a
certain number of trees (or have financial commitments to
do so) BY MARCH 22. (Sorry for the late notice. Still
valuable no matter when you join though!) I believe you
need to live in the U.S. to join.

Here are the details:

There's this great group I signed up with a few months back
(Greendimes). For 10 cents a day (just $3 per month), they
help to get you off of all the postal junk mail lists in
order to help save all the wasted paper and everything that
goes into making that paper. They also plant a tree on your
behalf every month. Since launching in September 2006, they
have:

* Stopped nearly 200,000 pounds of junk mail.
* Saved or planted nearly 100,000 trees.
* Saved nearly 500,000 gallons of water.

Their plan is to plant another 150,000 trees by March 22.
You can help out by joining their MySpace friends list. For
every person who joins, they'll plant TEN TREES!

This is not a MySpace scam. They're a legit company, and
they know the value of building a network. That's why
they'll plant the trees. (Plus they want to help save the
planet.)

Also, if you want to go beyond joining their MySpace
friends list and actually sign up with them (c'mon ... it's
dirt cheap) to reduce your junk mail, do so THROUGH THIS
LINK:

This way, they don't just plant an extra 25 trees for you.
They plant an extra 25 for me too. So your sign-up means
FIFTY TREES planted ... PLUS the 12 that they'll plant for
you over the course of a year! (How often could you do THAT
for 10 cents a day?)

I believe the latter offer is only valid in the U.S. Sign
up, and they'll help to save your mail box.

I hope you find this useful information. It's an easy way
to start on a more responsible environmental path. In terms
of a holistic view on life, that's good for us all. I hope
you'll get involved.

Sincerely,

Steve M.
