If you're interested in having an individual Distance Reiki session, I do charge for my time in doing the Reiki. However, I also incorporate prayer in the session at no additional charge because of the healing power I have seen in my own life using prayer. I believe that, ultimately, all healing comes from Above.

I charge a flat rate of $25 for a Distance Reiki session (see "Auto Reiki" below for discounts), regardless of how much time is involved. Typical sessions are 30 minutes or less. I can work with you by e-mail to schedule a certain time in case you wish to meditate or relax and pay attention to your experience during the session, but this is optional. If we do this, I always appreciate your feedback about whether you consciously felt anything. This helps us all to learn more about Reiki.

If you prefer to receive these Reiki sessions on a regular basis, you can choose the "Auto Reiki" option. In this case, session costs are reduced to $20 and your credit card is charged automatically on a weekly basis. On your say-so, I either provide the session ASAP after receiving payment, or I do so at a set time each week.

What to Expect
Please understand that, while prayer and Reiki can have profound physical health effects, this is according to the will of the soul. Often, healing is an internal event, and from the perspective of spirit, this is the true healing. However, this healing is necessary for external healing if we are supposed to get physically well. So the inner work comes first, and may be followed by outer benefits.

What the Reiki Does
It's important that you appreciate this perspective before investing in this work so as to not be disappointed. I have people request Reiki to change life circumstances (including other people in their lives). That isn't how Reiki works. I am simply attempting to alter a person's energy field so as to help throw off old, unhealthy patterns and to better receive influx from the soul.

This alone can allow physical changes, because the soul energy may already be flowing, which would heal the physical body. But the distorted energy field may be receiving poorly, not allowing the healing to occur.

What the Prayer Does
Then, I add prayer to ask that the soul flow in with healing, but only according to Divine Will. Again, this can often add profound effects to the Reiki portion of the work. I have personally seen things cleared up in 7 days with prayer that conventional medicine couldn't clear up in 18 months.

We must keep in mind that, at times, physical healing may not be appropriate to the growth of the inner soul. This is why it's important to recognize Divine Will before our own, because we cannot see the big picture that involves our soul purpose and the lives of other people.
