Weight loss is one of those very tricky subjects because, in many cases, you're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't.
What I mean is, we all know that excess fat can cause all sorts of health problems -- and by the way, these not only include diabetes and heart disease, but also conditions like osteoporosis! So we know that it's important to lose unhealthy weight.
But most of the programs and products out there do one of two things:
- They age you more quickly.
- They make you lose the WRONG kind of weight.
And in these cases, why would you bother losing weight?
Now you may ask how they do these two things. Here's the answer:
Stimulating Metabolism
If your metabolism isn't functioning the way it ought to, simply speeding it up isn't going to help. In fact, it's going to hurt. Accelerating a faulty system is just going to cause cellular inflammation and a faster pace of aging.
Suppressing Appetite or Counting Calories
Whether done with a product or willpower, simply cutting back on how much you eat leads to one very big problem: if your body isn't burning fat, it's burning sugar. And we don't store much sugar. So you end up craving carbs and sweets, and when you don't have access to them (especially when you're sleeping), your body converts its own lean body mass into fuel. That includes bones, muscles, and other organs.
As Dr. Ron Rosedale (author of The Rosedale Diet) has pointed out for years, healthy weight loss MUST address the issue of leptin.
Leptin
Fat tissue creates a hormone called leptin, whose job it is to tell the brain when you're full and when to burn fat. If you get too much fat on the body, it creates too much leptin; and with too much leptin comes leptin resistance, just as too much insulin causes insulin resistance (diabetes).
At that point, a body with too much fat will think it has too little fat and the brain will continually send the signal that you're hungry and should store more fat. It's a bad cycle to be in.
And because leptin signals the hypothalamus, which signals other body hormones, it can have a cascading effect and lead to many problems throughout the body.
The Solution
Solving the problem of leptin resistance isn't difficult, but does involve the right steps. First, exercising can burn fat, and as fat is burned, leptin levels go down. Second, following Dr. Rosedale's recommended diet (which includes plenty of healthy fats) leads to leptin sensitivity. And finally, there is one product, called Max WLX, that reduces leptin levels in the body, and thus induces leptin sensitivity.
When leptin function is restored, you simply won't be hungry as often, and your body will learn how to burn FAT as a fuel once again. (This is more efficient than burning carbs, even though most of us rely on carbs as instant fuel.)
Because of FDA regulations, I can't post any testimonials online. But I can tell you that I've seen a 100% success rate in those using Max WLX so far, especially in the case of those who use it alongside The Rosedale Diet. The product is especially good as an initial crutch, to get you off the normal cravings, which gives you the ability to CONSCIOUSLY choose what foods you eat (rather than responding to inner urges). This lets you more easily move into Rosedale's recommended foods. And as you shed pounds and gain energy, you'll find it easier to exercise as well.
I have friends, family, and clients thanking me for the introduction to Max WLX, and because I know the impact it's going to have on the health of America, I recommend it to anyone needing to lose weight.
